DHRUVI BUSA (1st BPTh)
Social Conclave was a one of its kind 3-day conference where they discussed various socio-economic issues that are plaguing the country and found feasible solutions that were later implemented. This conference was held by NMIMS INSTITUTE and I was the “Sarpanch” at the conference on the Topic of ZERO HUNGER . After 3 day conference , best sarpanch was selected and She was one of them.


PAYAL CHANG (2nd BPTh)
Participated in a photography competition organized by Rotaract Club of Caduceus. Her image was selected as the top 5.


ANKITA SHINDE (3rd BPTh)
Project : covideo
Won first prize in the Project Covideo where she Had to send an audio regarding awareness of covid amongst the people . It was organized by Rotaract club of caduceus.
ADITYA DOCTOR AND HEILY THAKKAR (3rd BPTh)
Participated in Switch India ETF(Emergency Task Force) Core Member. Representing KJ SOMAIYA COLLEGE OF PHYSIOTHERAPY. Connected patients with appropriate doctors for admission and treatment procedures.

1st Prize in National Elocution competition organized by NGO Switch India.
Topic- Telemedicine (One minute short video).


Completed Grade 3 for Rock and Pop Guitar at Trinity College of London

She was also the College Representative of Rotaract Club for the past year and this year is the editorial Ambassador and core member in the pan India mental health unit by Rotaract Club of Caduceus.
SIKANDER CHIMBAIWALA (3rd BPTh)
Secured third position in Quiz on lung cancer organized by Indian medical association.
The lung cancer quiz was a quiz organized by the Indian medical association and KJ Somaiya Hospital. It was a very informative quiz and helped in understanding quite a few concepts about lung cancer and the surgical procedures like lobectomy and wedge resection.


PARTH KADAM (3rd BPTh)
Was the project head for the feed the need event organised by Rotaract club of
Medicrew.
With the motto of -If you can’t feed a hundred people, then just feed one. Rotaract Club of Medicrew in collaboration with Zomato feeding had organized Feed The Need where volunteers distributed 100s of meal kits to underprivileged and underserved communities.


He also volunteered in pulse polio immunization program partnering with Rotaract club of Medicrew and BMC during COVID times to ensure immunisation to stay on track.
KAVYA VAIDYA (3rd BPTh)
Event- Classical dance in Akhil Bharatiya Sanskrutik Sangh, a national level contest.
Prize- Second position.



GAURI KANSE (4th BPTh)
Won consolation prize worth Rs 5000 in poster competition organised by MUHS in September 2020. Students from all medical colleges from Maharashtra participated in this competition.
Topic was -Organ donation.
HETANSHI RIAKUNDLIA (INTERN)
Participated in a Virtual Marathon organized by Rainbow Foundation on 14th February, 2021 for Education of children. Entry amount was donated for education of children.

HARSHA KHILNANI (INTERN)
Participated in Project Swasth Contribution organized by Rotaract club of Medicrew on 10th November, 2020. Project swasth contribution was a Covid-19 awareness camp which was conducted in a cooperative society in Goregaon along with 2 MBBS volunteers. Our role was to council the members of the society about what to do if someone in their family or someone closely related tests positive for covid, which are the testing centres, CC2 centres in that area and which war room to contact. In return the members could donate old clothes, toys, books, food items, etc which
would be given to the NGO Goong.


HARSHA KHILNANI, VIBHA JADHAV, DIVYA SHETTY (INTERNS)
Health check up camp at the Aasra foundation for ragpickers. Our role was to evaluate the workers for any musculoskeletal or cardio-respiratory problems they were facing and give ergonomic advice and basic exercises for the same.
